Youth Fitness Swimming 

Fall Fitness Swimming is designed for those looking to stay fit through swimming. Participants will build technical skills, endurance, and team camaraderie. Swimmers must be able to swim 25yds to participate.

Swim Practice Schedule & Rates:

  • January 8-January 26
    • 9-13  yr old: Tuesday-Friday @ 4:15pm-5:15pm
      • LRD Members: $290/swimmer
      • Non-Members: $ 350/swimmer
    • 14-18 yr old: Tuesday-Friday @ 4:15pm-5:30pm
      • LRD Members: $300/swimmer
      • Non-members: $440/swimmer
