Community Event Proposal

Community Events are essential to Ladera Recreation District (LRD) and enrich the membership and community. If you have an idea for a community event or class please fill out and submit this proposal form. Community events must fall in line with the LRD’s mission statement by offering a recreational experience through exercise or social gatherings.

Those who submit proposals are expected to organize , provide materials and host the event or class. All submissions require approval by LRD management. Community event proposals are open to all ages.

Proposal submissions are limited to LRD members.

Compliance Officer

Ladera Recreation District has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations. The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.

In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards, Ladera Recreation District regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
