The LRD has a multi-purpose room available for rentals. The room features sliding glass doors leading out on to the pool deck as well as access from the parking lot. A small kitchenette has a sink and microwave available for use. The room has a total capacity of 148 and has sliding doors to divide the room into smaller meeting areas if necessary. The LRD has folding tables and folding chairs available for use in the room. The room is commonly used for neighborhood events and meetings, fitness classes, camp activities, after school classes and private parties.
Recreation Room Rental
The community room is available for activities benefiting the Ladera Community. It is hoped that the room will be utilized by many different segments of the community and by all age groups.
