Join us at the LRD for another 6 week session of Functional Strength! Functional strength training is a type of exercise that focuses on training the body for activities performed in daily life, sports, or specific tasks. The primary goal of functional strength training is to improve and enhance overall movement and fitness.

More info about this upcoming session:
  • Week 1: Class will be on Wednesday 2/28 & Thursday 3/1 @ 12-1pm
  • Week 2 thru 6: Class will resume on Mondays & Thursdays starting 3/4
  • Last day of class on Thursday 4/4
  • 12 registrations minimum are needed to hold the class
  • Maximum 20 registrations allowed
  • Prorating for missed classes will not be accommodated
