Lifeguard applications are open and accepted throughout the year.
Certification & Availability Requirements:
- All applicants need to be Lifeguard certified or willing to obtain Lifegaurd certification.
Interview & Hiring Process:
After receiving your online application, LRD management will reach out to you to schedule an interview. Typical availability are afternoons.
- Interviews are required
- If selected, applicants will be directed to an onboarding website where you can download and fill out the necessary paperwork and work permit (for those under the age of 18)
- Turn in paperwork ASAP
Communication:
- Correspondence will only take place with the applicants regarding applications, hiring, scheduling or job duties.
- Contact with parents is not allowed.

Other Info: Due to the fluctuating demands of the LRD’s operations, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions. It may be necessary to work in other areas of the LRD and help others when the occasion arises. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or directed.
