This full-body, zero-impact workout takes place mostly in the shallow end of the pool. Participants use their bodies as well as specially designed equipment to progress through instructor-led routines. Water Aerobics reduces stress, helps maintain a healthy weight, promotes cardiovascular fitness and can influence muscle tone. Water Aerobics is an excellent exercise routine that’s easier on weight-bearing joints. It’s also a good option for those who are recovering from injuries.
Led by Erika Pace, this class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
FEES: $100 for an entire month, $60 for a half month, $10 drop-in fee. All fees will be collected by the instructor
