1. Please describe your experience managing a recreational facility, including details of the size and programs offered at that facility. 

2.  List your professional experience running sports and fitness programs including your experience teaching, coaching, and working with various age groups and abilities and hiring/leading teams to do so. 

3. Detail your experience developing community outreach programs to engage various groups of people in fitness, sports, and social programs.

4. Describe in full your experience managing a workforce including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing staff.

5. In your past job(s), what size was the budget that you were responsible for and how did you ensure that operations met the budget.

6. What experience have you had working with contractors and builders to ensure a successful construction project , if any?
